Value & Access Senior Operation Specialist

As V&A Senior Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for
- [PAP management]: Lead Patient Assistance Program (PAP), initiate PAP projects and get internal approval, partner foundation selection, supervise and ensure PAP smooth implementation in compliance
- [Budget planning and management]: facilitate internal functions to prepare for the ICP and AOP; lead internal functions to finish monthly accrual on time with accuracy; monitor the execution of budget and generate analysis of report for V&A team
- [Process optimization and excellence]: organize new employee training of Biogen internal process; organize routine training to update the latest policies from legal &compliance, finance, and PV to ensure compliance; Continuously improve internal process efficiency and compliance; support Market Access Excellence to organize internal and cross-functional workshop to improve team's capabilities and leadership
- [Event support]: support V&A team on event management
- Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to timne that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee's job position and work capabilitie
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience (project management, PAP management, market access, finance, or marketing in healthcare industry)
- Operational experience: Due Diligence, Determine, PO, contract and inSCite etc.
- Excel & Power point in Microsoft Office software
- Highly compliance sensibility
- Cross-functional leadership
- Good project management skills and business sense
- Self-motivated, resilient and be willing to work under pressure
- Learning agility
- Multiple-task and time management
