About This Role:
As the Manager, HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Regional Tier 2 HR Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of efficient services that meet the expectations and needs of our customers and clients. Managing a dynamic team, you will provide centralized operational support to Biogen employees, candidates, and alumni across dedicated regions, particularly in the employee life cycle process. Your expertise will ensure compliance with necessary country regulations and controls, including SOX, in the team's operations. By analyzing key metrics such as Time to Respond, Time to Resolve, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Case Volume, you will ensure quality service and operational performance. Additionally, you will provide support on escalated matters and serve as a subject matter expert for center-owned services (tier 3), offering consultation when necessary. Collaborating closely with the Associate Director, People Services, Project Management Team, other functional teams, and vendors, you will ensure HR Operations and payroll are implemented in new affiliates in accordance with applicable legislation, country specifics, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Regional Tier 2 HR Operations team.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery that meets customer and client expectations.
  • Manage and support a team providing centralized operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and controls, including SOX.
  • Analyze key metrics to ensure quality service and operational performance.
  • Support escalated matters and provide expert consultation for tier 3 services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement HR Operations and payroll in new affiliates.
  • Maintain alignment with applicable legislation, country specifics, and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a high-performing team through coaching and development.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for service efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Management experience (minimum 3 years) in employee relations, benefits, payroll, general or Human resources required
  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree of similar background.
    Strong process, technical, change management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret metrics
  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Skilled with delivering excellent customer care for escalate services
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills
  • Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees
  • Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize/prioritize workload while motivating team members

Additional Employment Conditions:

  • This role is in hybrid model of work.
  • Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł152,000.00-zł209,000.00
