About this Role
The Intern, Commercial - Multiple Sclerosis is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will join our team in a dynamic role bridging Project Management and Product Management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with external partners, and supporting strategic activities across key therapeutic areas, including Alzheimer’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis (with approximately 70% of the role focused on Multiple Sclerosis).

What You'll Do
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects and product-related initiatives
Coordinate collaboration with external partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines
Assist in the organization and development of internal materials (presentations, reports, toolkits)
Act as a coordination point for country-level requests, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up
Contribute to the development and organization of a Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s and Multiple Sclerosis activities
Help streamline workflows and processes by leveraging AI tools and digital solutions
Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple internal stakeholders and departments
Provide general project and operational support to ensure efficient execution of ongoing initiatives

Required Skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Strong interest in project management, product management, and healthcare innovation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset
High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools and their application to improve efficiency and workflows
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
